At LegendsVIP we believe in sustainable events, focusing on reducing the negative environmental impact and adding a positive impact on the community instead.

ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT

As event promoter, we are conscious of our ecological footprint and we pledge to form a more sustainable future by incorporating more and more green initiatives into our events.

IN TOUCH WITH NATURE

We feel it is necessary to get back in touch with our environment.

Instead of building new venues, why not use the natural amphitheatres that Nature provides?

FACT #01

FOOD

Typical music festivals’ serves poor quality industrial fast food

OUR COMPROMISE

Through local sourcing, we provide a selection of sustainable meals with reliable and natural origins, minimizing environmental damage.

FACT #02

ENVIRONMENT

When it comes to plastic, festival sites are often littered with a sea of environmentally harmful disposable cups.

OUR COMPROMISE

We use reusable cups and banning the sale of plastic instead. Even our straws are made of 100% natural materials and 100% biodegradable.

FACT #03

TRANSPORTATION

With attendees traveling mostly by car, transportation constitutes a majority of an event’s total emissions, reaching up to 80% of the event’s carbon footprint.

OUR COMPROMISE

We encourage the use of alternative, low-emission transportation and place shutlle services at strategic hotspots to reach the venue.

For 2022 we plan to promote a platform for carpoolers, where users can share their transportation plan with other concert goers, rewarding them with giveaways to win backstage passes, merchandise and other perks.

FACT #04

RECYCLING

Mass events automatically lead to pollution of the venue’s area.

OUR COMPROMISE

At the end of each event, all waste is collected and recycled or reused through local programs. 

The blankets used during our picnic concerts are either reused by the customers themselves or are donated to help animals in need at local shelters.

Any left-over food is donated to local charities organizations.

All waste is transported to a nearby landfill that has been certified to ISO 14001:2015 standards.

FACT #05

ENERGY

Large events make inefficient and irreversible use of electricity to run lights, sound systems and catering facilities.

OUR COMPROMISE

Although it is unfortunately not yet possible to run an international artists’ music show using only recyclable energy, LegendsVIP is committed to reduce power consumption through various means:

  • All the venue’s atmospheric lighting is powered by solar panels.
  • Toilets are lit by solar lamps.
  • Generators are only switched on during the essential hours of the performance.
  • Without affecting the set design of the event, we work with the artists’ management to scale down the technical requirements and thus reduce the energy footprint of the event.

And our commitment is ongoing!

Taking advantage of new technical innovations, we are counting on achieving total sustainability of our events in the coming years.
